09/22/2023, 7:53 PMA bit more info: We have CF2016 standard. Looking to upgrade if possible to 2021. Is 2023 the only option these days? Is there a reseller that is favored? I'm new to the whole procurement game! Thanks!

09/26/2023, 9:38 AMWe have a bacward licesing policy where you can purchase the ColdFusion 2023 license and we will do the backward licensing to CF2021. However, do not place the order from A.com instead, either we can help you or if you know the reseller, then you can go and purchase from there. Once the order is completed and reflected in our system. You can send an email to cfsup@adobe.com and we will share the CF2021 serial number with you.

09/27/2023, 3:51 PMI thought I read on the Adobe FAQ - that I can do an on-prem 2 core license on a 4 core server and limit the core usages to 2 cores? @Mark Takata (Adobe) Any chance you can confirm or deny? THANKS!🙂
