Is it still true that when adding a printer on a ACF Server you have to restart CF in order for it to be detected? Googling showed a stackoverflow post from the CF8 days that thought it was related to a Java Bug that was supposedly fixed, but as of ACF2021, we're still having to restart CF for it to see a newly added/updated printer.

@Chris Athans: Do you have any bug logged for this issue ? If not, I would really encourage you to log a bug for this.
