• Is there any option to set a specific email reminder workflow for all members in the team? • Any possibility to see the availabilities of team members as an overview? E.g. we get a student requests for a specific time slot and want to assign it to one of our available teachers. Right now we need to check every single teacher's booking page for their availabilities.

To your first question: No we don’t have that. One thing we are planning is the ability to create custom templates that can be reused across teams. That would make it easier for team members to set up the same team-wide reminder emails

@Carina Wollendorfer yes im copying text from somewhere else to the window as we have the same reminder template for all our teachers.

Hi @Carina Wollendorfer I implemented an email workflow to be sent to attendees with the subject "Deine Probestunde heute um {EVENT_TIME}" – please see 1st screenshot Unfortunately the system sent 3 emails to the HOST (instead of attendee) with the first 2 emails being empty and all 3 emails having the wrong email subject – please see 2nd screenshot
