Hi there, I’m running into some issues. I set up a team of three. Unfortunately, when booking the same slot multiple times, only two members of the team get appointments, and one is left out. Can anyone help me out? Tried to explain the problem with some print-screens in the thread.

As you can see in the second print screen both appointments have been accepted. Hence only one team member is available. In the third print screen you see that the time slot is available as well. But in the fourth print screen a booking won’t work. 🤔

@Peer & @Emrysal Thanks for the call today! I was able to figure out what caused the issue. One team member didn’t have the Stripe app installed in his account. The other two members had it installed, so it was possible to book them, but not the one that didn’t have the app installed. The missing Stripe app for that team member caused the error. Thanks!
