Hey how do I reference inputs in the event name? I scoured the docs but couldn't find anything.

No. This isn't pre-filling the form or a web-hook.

You guys allow for `{USER}` in the event name which is the "You Name" field. The question is how I can reference the other inputs in the Event Name template.

It only supports {USER} only right now. See <https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/blob/main/apps/web/lib/event.ts#L13>
