Question: I couldn't tell from the website and documentation if self-hosting incurred any separate per-seat/licensing charges. Anyone have any insight? I would assume self-hosting would be free -- but it wasn't clear.

I'm having an odd issue -- people are trying to book an event with me, but after picking the time slot, they get an error message that the meeting couldn't be booked. However, it is booked on my end and both of us get confirmation emails. I can't replicate the error, but it's happened to several people over the past two weeks. Any thoughts?

Hi, I want to use Cal.com for our business but I need it to be able to do something rather specific. we are a Flooring Contracting company and we want to create booking pages for scheduling our installations. What brought me to Cal.com is the Dynamic Group link feature where you can add member by the link, so I can assemble a list of capable installers and send the customer a booking link and they can only see installers that can do their job, which is great BUT most of my installs are multiple days long and I would need to also be able to schedule installs that could last 5 consecutive days. Now I thought a clever work around for this would be to create a recurring event and have it recur everyday for 3,4, or 5 days. However, the only recurring options are every week, month, or year. Does anyone know if what I am trying to do is possible in Cal.com?

Hi, is there someone to talk to about urgent support? There’s a massive bug in cal.com with time scheduling. Essentially the event is setup correctly with the availability but once i edit the “Availability time” the live site says its unavailable for any date.

there is a 0% chance we will support other timezones as system timezones. debugging UTC is already a close to impossible job

Actually we do intend to do that; we're not as system agnostic as we need to be yet but our tests actually run +1 or +0 depending on the year. I'm currently building better emulation on the system timezone to find more "hidden" bugs

@Ben Hybert if you find the time to get a failing BST testcase feel free to PR 🙏 - that'll expose the issue and we can write a fix for it

How to get your system to be BST - that's a Google question, depends on OS etc.

Hey y'all, is there a way to override the availability limitations when rescheduling. I have many scenarios when I want to manually reschedule a meeting into a slot that my availability does not advertise, but I can't figure out how to do this from the app. I understand that the other party should not be able to do it, but I, as the owner of the calendar, would need that flexibility often enough during busy times (especially into slots where I may have booked some blocker).

There was an issue in self hosted Cal.com that all deactivated apps are activated again after upgrading. This was broken, then repaired. My last upgrade from 2.8.5 to 2.8.6, this happened again.

Can someone confirm, that hosted version have email sending issues. e.g. a) create new user. I dont receive an email. b) some invitation emails are never sent.
