Hi people 👋 Great product! Is there a possibility to setup a one time event happening on a specific date and time?

@Peer From December I recall mention of better getting started experience, easier setup, etc for January. Is this something available already?

for a booking that requires payment, i’m noticing that this email is immediately sent after the booking is submitted. however, that booking is configured with ‘Requires confirmation’ to ‘off’. is this email expected behavior? or is this a bug?

How can I get access to linear? Or is this only for core team members?

Hey everybody 👋 Not sure this is the best place to ask questions. Here is my current setup: 1. event duration is 50 minutes 2. work hours 9-17h 3. buffer 5 minutes before and after an event The system is saying that all my time is booked, even tho they are slots that can be taken. For example start at 9:05 ends 9:55, I would have the 5-minute buffers, or between 11 and 12:30 or 13-14h or 16-17h When I switch to no buffer time, but still 50 minutes, i get 11:40 and 15:50, but there are other options like 9:00 or 11:00 or 13:00 or 16:00 I'm pretty sure I'm not getting the configuration or how available slots are calculated 🙂

Hi! loving the product. We're using fireflies.ai for notes for booked meetings. We need to ensure it's invited to each meeting, is there currently a way to add an extra email automatically to each meeting? If not are there any other successful note taking products that have worked with the platform - I didn't see any in the intergrations.

Is it on the roadmap to be include booking Limits into the account-level availability controls? I would like to be able to add a default Minimum Notice limit to all of my booking links instead of adjusting them one by one

Is overlapping booking supported? i.e.: think about reservations at restaurant.

Hello everyone, not sure if this is the right place to post... I think there is a bug. I have set up an event that can be booked by 2 seats per time slot. This produces two different events in the Google Calendar, which is fine. However, if I have an existent GCalendar event, no seat can be booked for that slot. What I think would be more correct, it's that the remaining seat would still be available for booking. Thank you very much!

Hi team, got a question. I used to embed an fullscreen iframe of my personal Cal page on my website. was there a policy change that prevents Cal from being show in an iframe?

Adding Zoom Followed the instructions to create a Zoom App on the Marketplace (https://github.com/calcom/cal.com#obtaining-zoom-client-id-and-secret). Successfully installed & added it to my account. However, when others are trying to install Zoom on Cal.com (self hosted) via Settings, they are met with an "Oops, "*Application not found -* It may have been deleted or you don’t have permission to view it right now" page. Tested this with a different test account I made and get the same error, but if I use the Zoom Add App URL from the Marketplace, I can successfully install Zoom on Cal.com Question: When you click "Install" on the Zoom App in Settings, what URL is it using to direct the user to my Zoom App I created in the Readme? Is there an Env variable that I can set to force it to go to my Zoom Add App URL? Or do I need to publish my Zoom App on the Marketplace for this to be available to other users in my org? I'd prefer not to publish and go through the verification process, since this is only needed internally within the org. @Peer

Hi 👋 Quick question: is there a way to see all the replies to the “*Additional Inputs*” section in the event booking form when there are multiple attendees in the same time slot, please? For me, when I go to the specific booking, only the first reply is shown. I tried changing the url query

Hello everyone, quick question. Is the workflow feature free for a self-hosted instance of the cal.com?

Are there any plans to give users control over calendar block increments via the drag and create UI? I find the 15 min increments unnecessary and frustrating. I usually create calendar blocks off by 15 min unintentionally. I very rarely need 15 min increments for calendar blocks. 99.9% of my calendar blocks are in 30 min increments.

q: is there a way to define additional inputs values? for example something like:

and tbh even better, I'd want to be able to define it on popup links too, like:

We are on the latest version of Cal.com, selfhosted. The collective team-calender is all mixed up and a mess. We can’t even guess, how it get’s there:
