hi there! about ready to make the jump to cal.com, but wanted to check on two things to see if they might be in the works — one off meetings and meeting polls? 1. for meeting polls, we work with lots of folks that aren't on our team, to schedule meetings with them is helpful 2. for one off meetings, you can select the time slots, i don't want to give someone access to my full schedule for example, so i'll send them 6 time slots as options. thanks so much!

👋 Hi everyone! I have a question. Want to start using Cal.com but I have an issue w my availability. I need the app to pull my availability for 3 email addresses but this does not seem to be active right now. I have added the different emails, but the app can only check for availability on one per time. Is there a way to combine this so I do not end up having events/calls ovrlapping?

hey is there anyway to get an email when a meeting is booked? someone booked a meeting yesterday for instance and i never saw it on my calendar or email. i tried it again today myself with a burner email and it worked getting an event onto my calendar (caldav) but never got an email

heyo, I’m trying to setup some automation with cal via Zapier, but unfortunately it only shows very old events as triggers, so I can’t properly use the inputs from the event type I actually want to create the automation for. Is there any solution for this?

i have a self-hosted instance of calcom and it is no longer sending me confirmation emails for new bookings and does not appear on my calendar. the logs from the container show

message: 'Missing attendee email.'

not sure why this is as the attendee email does show up in the app, but createEvent fails

Hey I'm building a mentorship marketplace callled atila.ca that students can use to meet with mentors (demo). We are currently using Calendly and I want to see if I can use Cal for this. Process 1. Mentor creates their profile and availability schedule 2 . Mentee previews the mentor's available times and selects a time 3. Mentee pays to meet mentor (using credit card etc.) or enters an ID + access code 4. Mentee confirms time Requirements 1. Mentees able to do everything via the Atila website (booking and payment) and API 2. Programmatic API access to mentor and mentee schedule details Can someone please provide a high-level overview of how this can be done? Also, happy to hop on a call to discuss this. Questions 1. Do I need to self-host or can I use the hosted version for this? Do both options cost $189/month

@Peer Actually I just thought or wished that debugging should be more of a focus than new features. After upgrading the last two times I had new issues (like confirmations not working correctly) that are hard show-stopper and caused me and my invites a lot of trouble and mails going back and forward, actually, it happens more of the stress I wanted to get away from trough using Cal.com . Before it was CalDAV not working, also a show stoppers, when my calendar is not syncing, why using Calcom anyway. I would be very happy when I don’t get every week a new feature but a reliable tool, even though it has only basic features, but they are bullet proof. For me, Cal.com is still in its beta-phase and I feel more of a tester then as a (hopefully later paying) customer.

Beside that: PayPal-Integration, N8N integration in the OpenSource version for free, Jitsi-URL adaptable, BigBlueButton-integration, option to let customers send their address for a in-place-meeting at their location, better translations, removing Cal.com mention everywhere (especially in Mails), more speediness of showing the availability, a docker image, that doesn’t need to be built but can be downloaded on docker hub for faster updates. But most importantly: what is there should work perfectly, so I can trust my calendar to the tool. She is like my personal assistant, and when she messes up my meetings and my calendar, it’s not good for my reputation and my customers.

But if she helps me saving time, then she is worth every penny for the time I can now spent much better.

Hi all, I have linked my organization google account and the scheduling works fine there. However, our users also would like to link their other accounts (private gmail, other companies) but I am not finding a way to do this. Is this a calcom limitation? When trying to link our private gmail we get "Calcom can only be used within its organization". What do you recommend to do in this situation? thanks for the help

Is it possible to detach the title + description of Event Types from what is shown on the public page? I often wish I could give my Event Types better names + descriptions to be able to distinguish them better. e.g 30 Meetings (Only for US Timezones meetings) But right now the title + description will always be shown on the public page. So I'm stuck with generic naming of the Event Types.
