Morning everyone! Does anyone know if there's a way to use a different "Description" for the Host and Attendee? Our use case is that we want the Host to have access to information about the Attendee but we don't want the Attendee to see that information. Thanks in advance!

this is the troubleshooting I have done so far 1. Checked my calendar set for overlap - no events for the day here onwards 2. Checked the limits section, 4 days into the future and notice is set to 0 mins Still 6th is not selectable for someone to book a time.

Do you know why this might be happening and if there something I can do from my end to fix it ?

hey @Ali, double checked it, everything seems to as expected. Even went and changed and then set the time to GMT+07 Bangkok, Hanoi, Jakarta time and thats also my default availablity

If that event exists on your google calendar, it will show up here and block the day

is there a way to manually trigger a sync with my google caneldar or how long do I need to wait to sync it ?

So, everytime a user goes to your profile, the connected calendar's freebusy data is fetched at that very moment.

So, if you did decline it, and it doesn't exist on your calendar, then it shouldn't block the event slots.

hey, I am pretty happy now with Cal.com 🙂 I just like to provide some feedback regarding the UI when it is loading a calendar. If you open my page at https://www.heylogin.com/call/dominik/ it will take a lot of time to check my cal over CalDAV. That's not great, but fine with me. But, I like to propose to change the loading UI here. Currently it's just "pulsating" inside these date boxes. IMHO it's difficult to see that it's checking the cal in that moment. Maybe also show a message like "Checking Dominik's calendar…"

(Update: I hadn’t integrated my google calendar. That should fix it) I really like one feature in calendly that adds the invitee to a calendar event on my calendar - that way they get a calendar invite directly from my email and it gets added to their calendar automatically. Any plans to do this?

Also is there a way to remove additional notes?

Hi! New to the channel. I have a question about license. Are we, as a B2B company, allowed to bundle and sell or provide this as a service, similar to what Cal.com does today?

Looks like for the particular timeslot no user is available. Can you try other timeslots if those work?

Is there a way to get the code of the old website? I liked it and would looove to use it as a template for a personal project.
