Can we please go back to the old Port Battle times on Antigua. Reasons being it is supposed to be a north american server, and most players are in the central and eastern time zones. This means that most of the current members have families, and or work day jobs. That makes it hard for players to attend PBs that start at 9pm or 10pm, with a second PB not starting until 1am or 2am. This is based on personal observation and and in game communication from several players, that would like to go, and can't. Please consider helping/looking into this. Thank you.

Sorry I didn't get back sooner as I put in a lot homework on this one. This could be much, much, longer, however here it is in a nutshell. After in game observations, participantion, and discussions, over the past 2 months or more; of which includes more in depth discussions, over the past few days, with Society members, other society members, and leaders. The conclusions are that no one seems to like the current port battle times. As many as 90% or more of players that want to participate in PBs on Antigua are in the central and eastern time zones. Players that used to flip ports to create PBs do not want to put in the time and effort, because they currently know that they are most likely not going to get the rewards of participating in the Port Battles. Finally everyone seems to agree that the best times would be, 8 pm eastern / 7 pm central. When there is a second PB on the same day, the general consensus is that it should start no more than 1 to 2 hours after the start of the first. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Yeah, I personally would love for the 8 pm start time EST. What pisses me off more is that if we were to flip a port and it was 9 or 10 pm.. The assignment of the PB is still random. It used to be back in the day... Flip time minus 2 hours or (one?). So that the crew that flipped the port would more or less be able to attend the PB they created.

There have not been random times for a long time now. For about approximately the past 3 months or so; all Port Battles have been 10 pm eastern for the first in a 24 hour flip period, and 2 am eastern for a second PB scheduled for a flip made in the same 24 hour period. Now all that I seem to see everyday, is mostly Society members, and players on my friends list login, see nothing exciting going on and logout, and or do some quick econ and logout. Please fix/adjust this as suggested above. Thank you.

Yes. No relation to the flip time. It’s been a while since I paid attention once I saw the disconnect between flip time and PB time.
