Hi everyone! I’m struggling to integrate SendPulse -> Make -> Botpress via Webhook. The issue: I can see the incoming POST in the Botpress Logs with the correct JSON data, but Botpress classifies it as webhook:event instead of message. Because of this, my AI agent never triggers a response. Current Setup: Webhook Integration: Enabled, no secret header. Incoming Data (from Make): {"payload":{"type":"text","text":"quiero asegurar una 5491112345678"},"type":"text","userId":"5491112345678","conversationId":"5491112345678"} The Hook (traductor): I have a Before Incoming Hook trying to map this to event.type = 'text', event.preview, etc., but the Hook doesn't seem to be executing or at least it’s not changing the event type successfully. Logs show: [webhook] Received webhook request: POST ... (Data is correct) Event of type webhook:event received (This is where it dies) What I've tried: Verified URLs (they match the Webhook integration URL). Tried JSON.parse(event.payload.body) inside the hook. Tested different JSON structures from Make. Question: How can I force Botpress to treat this specific Webhook POST as a standard text message so my flow can start? Is there something in the payload structure that I'm missing to make it "auto-detect" as a message?
w
well it classifies as webhook because youre sending webhook
if you would like it to be a message you can query createMessage on the corresponding api
for example if youre using the chat api it would be this endpoint https://botpress.com/docs/api-reference/chat-api/openapi/createMessage
fair warning - this might not work because some botpress infrastrucutre change made it so depending on the channel, if you try to create a message on the conversation, you won't be abre to (since you're not the integration itself) and might just create another conversation with the same user
i'm currently running into this problem exactly with the messaging api
