When a user enters the flow, reaches the first selection menu, and chooses the “Accept” option in the message “I authorize the processing of personal data...”, the conversation automatically restarts, even though that behavior does not match the internal flow logic. In addition, every time this restart happens, a new chat is created for the same user, which is visible in the chatbot’s conversations section. After a period of inactivity, all of those chats that were supposedly opened by the same user start closing. This issue happens every time there is an available update for the WhatsApp integration. As a temporary workaround, I have to delete the selectable menu component, recreate it, update the integration, and publish again. Steps to reproduce: Have an available update for the WhatsApp integration. Start a conversation with the bot. Select the “Accept” option in the first menu displayed: “I authorize the processing of personal data...” Observed result: The bot enters a loop and displays the same authorization message again.
