Big problem: The chatbot on Emulator works fantastic! But on published its totally different. The messages and the responses are so different. Leads to Client and I having different perspectives. I have tried republishing almost 10 times nothing. Best way to go about this @cold-motherboard-82208 BOTID 5cb467f3-8a86-42ff-9cb6-529c56c461e5

Hey Dave taking a look at your bot now!
where is the issue mainly? Or what answer path should I follow to find the issue @faint-france-28362 because so far it looks good
f
you are on the right path
The big problem is when asking for a product price on emulator it works but on webchat it doesnt Btw this is the website where the products are with prices you can ask any of those there https://treasuredscents.co.ke/ So just try asking for any product price and it fails on webchat
@loud-crowd-60573 let me know
l
Taking a look!
f
Thanks

Will update when I can figure out the solution.

Cool let me know what happens when you copy the bot to another bot whether it works spent a day trying to figure out @loud-crowd-60573

Your bot is also extremely slow, I will try creating a different setup for you for testing.
Why we are having issues on your main Autonomous node / Bot. - The instruction you provided your AN are way too complex, it is being confused and is causing hallucinations. You need to be clear and concise. The whole persona detection might be too much, make it much more simple. Look at the AN I created; clear, simple instructions. - Your knowledge base is a big issue. Only 10 pages from your website tresuredscents.co.ke are in the knowledge base, so the LLM is having trouble finding the prices of all the products because they note indexed correctly. You need to manually add the pages that are missing and it will correctly output desired products. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1478674921168310505/1478916463891845120/image.png?ex=69aa23c9&is=69a8d249&hm=85af9b71ccb19f2a3bb2d7db24466d2669bf7c842b0955a90e75199b1569cc6b&
Your plan of action should be first, taking care of your Knowledge base and make sure all the products are indexerd

Thank you so much for this @loud-crowd-60573 So the products were quite a lot like 2000s which means indexing 2000s products so what I had was a http to extract specific product info, Advice on whether to index or to use the http
