My bot keeps putting his replies in Code blocks

I am now using chat gpt 5.2 and for some reason i cant figure out my bot decides to use code blocks to give a reply. Not always, but sometimes it does. I have already tried clearly defining it in the Autonomous node not to do that. I have also removed some documents in the knowledge base and then added them via rich text files. What could be the issue? Hey @cuddly-pillow-58275 can we try this quick solution. In your An instructions, add a line and inform it to "Not reply with code blocks". See if that does the trick and get back to me 😄

i just removed all the files in the knowledge base, republished my bot, but for some reason the storage still is full. how does this come?

only webchat, since my flow doesnt allow for emulator to work it appears. every time i try emulator it instantly stops
i want my bot to send a welcome message first with intro
thats why i use the trigger

so gemini 3 pro doesnt have this issue, same as claude sonnet 4.5 so it is very likely a gpt 5.2 issue
which is a bummer because i really liked the answers it gave
@loud-crowd-60573 rn i have this flow. Is there a way to after the introduction sequence let the bot wait until the users submits a chat? right now i have written in the prompt of the AN that is has to wait, but sometimes this just get's ignored or causes a buggy experience. Is there an official way to do it?

Yes you can add a wait for user input card before the AN

Hey, you can also use a hook to dynamically remove the problematic part (most likely transform html that is produced by the auto node into plain text
I'm pretty sure I already shared the code for this in another help thread (can't search for it now, I'll try later 🙂 )
