I am building a WhatsApp Sales Agent for a camera store. I am trying to capture 8 variables (customer_name, product, etc.) from an Autonomous Node and append them as a new row in a Google Sheet once the order is confirmed (workflow.confirmed == 'yes'). Setup: Integration: Google Sheets via Google Cloud (Service Account/OAuth). Node: Standard Node with an "Append Values" card. Values Field: Using the double bracket array format: [[event.createdOn, workflow.customer_name, workflow.customer_phone, workflow.product, workflow.workflowquantity, workflow.area, workflow.delivery, workflow.confirmed]] Sheet Layout: The tab is named Orders and Row 1 contains headers (A-H). Troubleshooting Already Done: Renamed the tab to Orders to ensure no spaces/naming conflicts. Verified the Spreadsheet ID is correct (taken from the URL). Tried using the Sheet Name (Orders) and the GID (0). Tried forcing the range with Orders!A:H. Confirmed the Values field is in "Dynamic" mode {x}. Switched from single brackets [] to double brackets [[]] to satisfy the "must be array" requirement. Errors Encountered: Initially: invalid input for action "gsheets:appendValues": data/values/0 must be array. (Fixed by adding [[ ]]). Current/Persistent Error: Error while executing integration action: Failed to append values to spreadsheet range. The Issue: Despite having the correct Spreadsheet ID, tab name, and array format, the bot fails to write the data at the final transition. The transition triggers correctly, but the integration card fails.
