Hi, I've built a chatbot for health information on a certain disease. Its is flow chart style which uses standard nodes and press buttons until the end where I want it to be able to ask all remaining questions a user might have. But I ONLY want the AI/agent to respond from set websites in my knowledge base (and only during this specific node which triages from a lot of places). What would the the best way of going about this in general? And can it link back to the end/start? A particular issue I'm having is that because a lot of conversations flow into it, if you ask a vague question it doesn't look back at context and is unsure. Is there a way to have a variable i.e. "context" that updates depending on the path it takes to get there, so that the agent can be told (the context is {{context}})? I have the standard free version.
