I’m experiencing an issue in my Botpress project. The bot was working correctly and no changes or new versions were deployed, but it stopped working yesterday. The logs show a LoopExceededError and messages related to failing to fetch Knowledge Bases. In the Knowledge Bases section, I also see a warning saying that some files are associated with a Knowledge Base that doesn’t exist. Additionally, I’m unable to create a new Knowledge Base. When I try to create one, the UI returns to the initial screen and the Knowledge Base is not created. This causes the Autonomous node to enter a loop and eventually crash.
