I have build cache enabled (by setting use_cache to true).

I can see that the workflow tries to use the image with tag, "latest-cache" as the cache, but this tag doesn't exist. I only have the image tagged with "latest".

Where and how does the "latest-cache" tag get created?

It's not failing. I've had multiple consecutive successful builds.

It turns out that if you enable chunkah, that stops the cache from working. Created an issue for it here https://github.com/blue-build/cli/issues/901
