All the branching formats are currently not adjustable except to set the

alt-tags

. For github, [here](https://github.com/blue-build/cli/blob/d730cbb19803ef1b8177f10d98556c48a32b4490/process/drivers/github_driver.rs#L235-L320) are the different cases of what branch tags are created for each CI situation
