If you have a

bentofile.yaml

like this but are just doing local testing and haven’t yet registered a bento, it seems that

bentoml serve .

does not include the description from

DOC.md

in the Swagger UI. Is this intended, or potentially a bug? If a bug, happy to try to take a shot at fixing it.

Does the description shows when you serve from a bento?

Yes it works when you build the bento and serve from there
