It may have something to do with your other gems. Why did you use sudo and not the normal command as in docs (https://docs.avohq.io/1.0/installation.html )?

I am struggling with assets in production env
Probably that is rails configuration question,
But any advise if welcome, how avo assets are supposed to be deployed in prod env ?
does avo requires webpacker ?

Hey <@402192987917910026>. We have a few details on that in the docs, but I’ll try to answer your questions below. 

Avo doesn’t need an asset pipeline for it’s own assets. It comes with the assets pre-packaged and manifester which serves the assets. When you deploy an app with Avo, there’s no asset:precompile build step for Avo.

So basically, you don’t have to do anything. The Avo assets are pre-compiled and bundled together on installation.

If you need other assets you may add your own asset pipeline (details in the docs)

If you run into an issue, please create an issue on the repo with details and maybe some kind of reproducible scenario.

At the moment there is no way to upload active storage attachments by using the active storage `direct_upload`, which leads to timeout error after 30sec on Heroku for large files (e.g. videos).
Is there a way to enable `direct_upload: true`  ?
