Atlantis only cares about TF files by default

you can add a list of regexes for it to trigger autoplan

We generate our dependencies with <https://github.com/transcend-io/terragrunt-atlantis-config|https://github.com/transcend-io/terragrunt-atlantis-config> and for those yaml files we list them on `extra_atlantis_dependencies`.
