Some board things: • Task for Embody is going on two weeks old. I'm not sure if I'll be able to submit these at this point but will try. ◦ There's a note from 10 days ago that someone would ask me when they were needed by, but no one reached out. This being in meet to discuss may have helped avoid this being forgotten to ask ◦ Note from Thursday at 3pm that grace would be asked. Did anyone reach out on thursday or on friday? ◦ Can this be priority ASAP please? ◦ This isn't on anyone's priority list for today but has been unfinished for almost two weeks.

• Embody is because I have reminded Grace 3 times to give me an answer on anica and shes says "oh I will respond tonight and never did" so I didn't ask because I kept thinking oh this will be done tonight.

To an extent I understand but there's still several issues here that I think need to be underlined. It not being asked to me about the deadline though that note is given. It being a task that's outstanding for several days but not being a task on our docket for today. These are things that are important to note and improve upon not just for this task but in general. Parents are busy and are going to forget things. It's going to be our job to make a work around. They were at the highschool every day last week for the performance events and such. But our role has to be to help navigate through their crazy week. So if this is on your plate ss a priority then we have several changes that can be made to ensure this is done: • When anica and naomi come in for the day/finish say "hey when your mom comes to pick you up today can you ask them to come in for a quick second - I just need to chat with them for a second" • Switch to calls instead of slack or text • Give a clear deadline that is polite but helps give some structure to the request "No worries! Talk it over and let me know! We just need to know the final decision by 9/21 so we can get her registered in time.
