Hi I'm handling the email regarding Vivian sheikh so I have removed it from the inbox. Her mom called last week and left either a voicemail or text about them missing class that day. Did anyone let her know about the makeup policy as well as the class day/time options that the could do a makeup and how to schedule it with the front desk?

I dont know of any student with that name? \

However, anyone missing a class we have informed them to let us know what day they would be missing and we will send them the list of make-up class options and schedule the make-up for them.

Can you look into this and confirm this was communicated to them. I don't believe it was
