If you're curious, her rent is still due for the date they are cancelling. They receive the recurring renter discount because they are locking these dates in and we are turning away other people for the dates. Their rental confirmation reiterates this they they booked. Below is what would happen. They still have to pay for the cancelled date. If they want to add the other date they would receive half off. But also they aren't supposed to just ask this in person. They are required to submit these in writing as outlined in the contract. I will reiterate all of this in my email 😁

Thank you, right now the person that handles the rentals (EDS Admin) is not the person that gives me information (EDS Instructor). Should I have the instructor reach out to you, or let her know she need to tell her admin and have this communicated via their point person (mostly so they stop bothering me after my class) ?

I told Yi that they can't submit requests in person and that everything has to be in writing via email
