Few questions: @Torie Warren • Ariel's subscription wasn't updated before the month switch, so I let mom know and charged them the amount for the difference (Leaps and Turns 30 minute change in price). They just messaged bakc saying they would like to switch leaps and turns to lyrical. Is it okay to refund them that surcharge minus the one class she took last week? • Noya (trial for hip-hop) was evaled for Hip-Hop. Placed in hip-hop 2 with potential to move to 3 but ultimately said to stay in 2 (from her instructors) parents want to know if she can try hip-hop 3 and if not then they wont enroll... Switching from desk to enrollment team to get trials ready and then my board.

Ariel - Yes but this is a one time courtesy. someone changing the class mid-month is the same as them dropping a class mid-month (make up classes fine but no refunds Noya - send the following and sign my name: Hi (parent's name insert please), My name is Ms. Torie and I am the owner of ASI Dance Elite. Thank you so much for bringing in Noya for a 7-day free trial with us! I hope she enjoyed her class time at ASI! Our enrollment team coordinators reached out to as you had some questions regarding Noya's level assessment and class options. After her evaluation, her instructor determined that Hip-Hop 2 is the most appropriate level for Noya at this time. They did see potential for her to progress to Hip-Hop 3, and depending on how her training progresses, she may be ready to move up mid-season. Our goal is always to place dancers in the class and level that will best serve their individual growth and development. While we understand that moving into a higher-level class may be exciting, placing a dancer in a level before they are ready can ultimately be a disservice to their training and progression. We want Noya to be challenged appropriately while also building the skills and confidence she needs to successfully advance to the next level. If you choose not to enroll based on the level she was assigned, we completely understand and wish Noya all the best in her dance journey. However, if you would like to continue her training with us and work toward Hip-Hop 3, we would be happy to help you enroll her in classes that will support her development and put her on that path. We look forward to supporting Noya however we can!

@Indya-ASI Confirming that you are aware that enrollment team opening should come before desk opening? So we are inherently ready for trial before we start on slacks, emails, calls, etc. Anything time sensitive should always be priority

I was not aware. I understand what you are relaying. From our last convo I never asked the order for desk opening, that was my mistake. Noted for reference going forward.

Time sensitivity will always be priority - this may be different on different days. Ex: • If you're coming in at 4:00 for some reason (maybe traffic was bad or what have you) and we have trials at 4:30 then we will do trial board before we even start opening procedures as long as the place isn't a huge mess. • If we have a guest teacher like azuki coming in at 3:30 to teach then studio room opening will come before upstairs opening because we don't want her space to be messy/interrupted once she gets in So there's not really a hard fast rule on what the order should be, just that time sensitivity comes first. Typically that will be: • Physical opening • Enrollment Team Opening • Enrollment Individual Opening • Desk Opening But again, that may change depending on whatever is time sensitive that day and how many hands are on the clock that day
