Enrolled or trial? If trial you can to make a second order for them. If enrolled they need to sign up a second time for the second dancer after you update the name on one of the people on the order

were the charges correct in the first order for 2 people? At a minimum I would expect the reg fee to be charged with this 2nd order

ok. we don't have a good solution for this right now. @Torie Warren if we want a solution that doesn't involve charging then refunding the customer, let me know and I can try to get something together. But this won't be able to get done tonight fyi

This process has not changed since last season unless @Caleb Warren wants to update or change. First order should be refunded for the second class and refund reg fee refunded to only charge $10 so that when we process the next order and it charges the the full $40 then they are accurately charged the $50/per family reg fee. We then need to make sure that the first subscription is updated to to only be the one class for the one student so that the recurring subscription is charging correctly. Next you would place a new order for the second dancer/second class. Triple check that it is charging them for the full two weeks please if autoproration is turned on. Yes I did remove this order but this order is flagged and listed in my full list of orders that needed correction. I will re-send that list as individual messages tonight after I'm done being tagged so these can all be looked into tomorrow. But overall I highly recommend not operating on assumptions and just always double checking by default 🙂
