Artistic shoot we wanted to pick the one that didn't have an elleia conflict Comp pic date was tentatively confirmed and they will for sure confirm next week. IDK if you want to push through a copy this weekend and list them as tentative or keep delaying until final.. Sprint rehearsal date - same as above

Artistic Photo Shoot: I'm not seeing any conflicts on Elleia's sheet for 10/03 or 10/10. Either a date shifted, or we are thinking about her santa cruz band review on 10/17 (but we do not have any event scheduled on this date)

Hmmmmm maybe we shifted? But I def remember flagging it in our meeting we did in person with her. We may have already changed it though

I think we did already avoid this conflict from the beginning (cuz we smart - GO US!) - because you did note it was the same reason why she wasn't able to attend last year. But I do not see any conflicts - I can go through and check the other dates, but we should be good for either day for artistic shoot

Sorry - that's on me 🙋‍♀️ Caleb asked me to add all dates, even if tentative, to the google calendar and I extended the thanksgiving closure through to 11/30 accidentally. I have fixed this now, sorry! The google calendar is linked on season 6 company website.

No worries @Lauryn Cash @Caleb Warren can you let me know when stuff I getting pushed out/published though? I was kinda blind sided by this and didn't know what grace was talking about. I probably would have asked for us to hold off until this weekend and push out on Monday with a full slack message/site update with the comp subpage as I just finished the last deposit/reg. I understand wanting to get things out quickly but also want to be careful to maintain some control and also careful with precedence setting. I would love to set some understanding with parents that yes we will give comp and convention dates in July and then families should expect to get fully finalized calendar end of august/top of September as that gives us time for registration to open, confirm we got a spot (KAR literally sold out in 24 hours this weekend, luckily we got a spot still!), hear back from any vendors we are waiting on (thai, recital, etc, market broiler, etc), and triple check everything before sending. This is our very first week out of bootcamp phase so I think families waiting 2 (even 3) weeks post bootcamp should be acceptable. It also gives us time to potentially have our embody selections also ready so families can plan accordingly all at once. @Caleb Warren hope that makes sense. There's just a billion reasons why I need to ask for their patience on calendar deployment so that we can release it in the most fully filled in and finalized way possible. We literally had 3 families book flights/major events based on tentative times that I already said would likely run an hour behind (embody closing show) and then couldn't stay when it shifted by 30 minutes (well within our one hour tentative time we said). So to circle back to what we decided after that happened last year - even though parents say they want even just a tentative potential day/time, we know they lock it in as final and make huge plans around it so we decided to just not release until fully final versus giving tentative estimations. I would like if we can go back to that and not push tentative things unless we absolutely have to (extenuating circumstances) and then also after you me and Lauryn all chat and get on the same page if possible before hand

The majority of parents really want to know tentative things instead of nothing. Otherwise acknowledged on the point about getting your full approval first before making any sort of updates
