08/14/2026, 12:55 AM@Caleb Warren I have a few prospective on the board where I cannot locate their email in the inbox to send the template. One mom called and I figured it out from there once found out I made a duplicate ticket.
github.com/asidanceelite/prospective-students/issues/754 - original ticket no email for template found. imported to github 5 hours ago and I cleared the inbox by 4 pm.

08/14/2026, 1:58 AMthe email is in the ticket, not in gmail.

08/14/2026, 1:59 AMif the process in the past was to check emails, this is no longer the case. We should be working exclusively from the boards. The emails no longer route to this account so you won't find them here any longer.

08/14/2026, 5:02 PMI'm not expecting that to work as reliably as the board.
