They both say 2 weeks ago and each has a note saying merged from another. 340 merged to 339 and 336 to 335

That sounds like duplicates from testing 2 weeks ago The trials board should be filtering out closed tickets. If it isn't someone cleared that part of the filter, please add it back.

I am unsure how to add it back. I will make a ticket on guthub and talk to you tomorrow about doing it!

for something like this (i.e. using an existing well known tool), next time can you try just searching how to do it vs. making a ticket?

yes, but I still would have to make a ticket in terms of priority so I'm not working off task to fix errors. @Caleb Warren
