Hi everyone. For today: • Jesse will be coming in at 3:30 again while I'm commuting from school pick-up. She will be in studio I again • Etta will be coming in while I'm teaching If she isn't there by 3:55 please give me a heads up. If she's there, no need to do anything at all. I'll assume no news is good news • @Indya-ASI Can you start with the video from yesterday please • Prospectives will be first task up today. ◦ Shout out to julie for helping knock out all 65 past prospectives between 8/4 - 8/10 and helping us get fully caught up 💪🏾 ◦ There's 34 ish today but some are just pending removals to archive today and don't need a call or text ◦ Any logged in the "confirmed intent to register" please give a call to versus just a text. But keeping in mind school started back today so we will want to make those calls later in the day after school pick up time is done. So skip those and start with the text friends for now ◦ I left notes in the comments for several tickets for today to review during the communications today ◦ Lots of people have started responding 🎉 if you want to divvy up who's starting with the new texts and who is handling responses that works for me ▪︎ Reminder to update the texts to log the response, update column if needed, and push back their next contact date ◦ Prospectives should hopefully be done around 5:30 or so to give plenty of time left for other tickets that are still pending. ▪︎ Once today's calls are done though please clear out the search filter and check if there are any scheduled for tomorrow and complete those since there are no admin scheduled for tomorrow • If you slacked me something and I missed it yesterday feel free to tag me in it so I can go back and answer answer questions I missed yesterday • We have a lot of staff here at the same time today so I'm gonna order drinks around 4:30 or 5:00.
