Hi everyone! I have the following staff signed up to attend Embody Convention with us next weekend! Please be sure to submit your waiver for the event linked here: • Kayla McHenry • Cookie Harrist • Kelly Cazinha • Lauryn Cash Please see attached the convention classes schedule as well as the competition schedule. For convention feel free to drop by whenever works best for you! But do let me know when you're on your way so I can meet you to give you your observer band! This will allow you access into all of the classes the students will be taking as well as the teacher seminars. Competition teachers, please note we have only enough time to run each routine once, maaaaaybe twice, as the schedule is jam packed with back to back routines. Any staff members not registered to attend convention may certainly come attend the competition portion to support the kiddos! If you plan to come by, please let me know so I can send you the access badge you'll need to enter the audience. There is also a live stream link available here to watch remotely with the code EMSANJOSE (all caps) Please note that tomorrow (11/14) we will be running all competition routines that are competing this weekend! Please see below if you have a class schedule tomorrow. If your class is not on this list, it will run as normally schedule! • Contemporary II 12 and under ◦ Will not take place ◦ Ms. @Cookie Harrist feel free to sit it on the feedback session if you'd like!!
