Hi <!channel> — We have a new tool for this season 🎉 Please visit and login to https://progresstracker.asi.dance when you have some time before classes start Here's the basics of what you need to know: ATTENDANCE Go to the Attendance tab, pick the date, and mark each student Present / Absent / Late. Please do this for every class you teach. YOUR HOURS On that same page you'll see "Pay Cycle Hours" for the current cycle: • Base Rate — your total hours • Bonus Rate 1 — 9–12 students, or a 30-min class (i.e. comp classes, solos duets and trios) • Bonus Rate 2 — 13+ students Two things you fill in yourself when applicable: • Sub Hours — any classes you covered for someone else -- this will be added to your base and bonus 1 rate • Absent Days ("Mark Days") — days you weren't there, so they don't count toward your total hours -- please use this on closures too One heads-up: this is still in beta, so please double-check your hours against what you actually taught before each pay cycle closes. Studio closures and holidays aren't excluded yet, so those days may still show up as hours. If anything looks off, just let me know and I'll fix it. The full schedule is out, but the student rosters aren't updated with competition student info. So please check that your class list is what you expect, but the full list of students won't be correct until our start week. (make sure you navigate to August 17th or after, as it is based on our start date so previous days will have no rosters 🙂 ) You can ignore the 'classes' tab for now Also thank you to the few of you who have helped test this at the end of last season and allow this to be polished for everyone else!
