Hi all, just a reminder that no one should be in contact with any student or parent directly. Some examples of what NOT to do when employed by ASI: • Contacting students or parents on social media, using your personal phone number, etc. even messages on slack should always include the ASI administrator • Visiting students outside of ASI events • Giving students a ride in your personal vehicle These are long standing ASI policies. Please lmk if you have any questions or concerns regarding this. If you ever are questioning a decision around contact, feel free to message me so that we can help. Please remember these are children who by definition can't give consent to anything, so you should always be talking though parents at a minimum. Using slack helps us guarantee this for both ASI and your own personal liability in the event there is a complaint filed or accident. <!here>
