Happy Monday everyone: Main two priority items today are processing the remaining costumes on the rack at the desk and setting up the monday rosters based on the instructions from last week's loom. Let's start with the rosters first (you can both work on this at the same time if one starts with studio A classes and one with studio I classes). For the tv slides I couldn't think of a good way to layout the times since they don't all start and end at the same time so for today just do what we do on thursdays for comp rehearsals and display for full day's schedule on the tv All costumes on the desk right side are for parent pick up. They've all been notified of the issue and are coming today/this week to take them home to be re-cleaned. I went through all the costumes that had issues noted on the sheet to double check and take the next steps (either approve or notify parent of issue). There are a lot of costumes still on the rack that didn't have notes so I assumed they were just not processed/reviewed yet. But can someone please reply with what costumes are in studio A?? There shouldn't be anything at all in A please if they can be moved back to their correct place? Approved costumes in S grouped by routine, issue costumes left on rack at night for TW to review and finalize the following morning. Indya it looks like you misread calebs message. He said "message them if there are other classes they can take". As in, check for other classes that fit for them and notify them of these. You took it as "message them and ask if there are other classes they can take". This confused them as Caleb had told them we would reach out with any other class options. That's why they said you forgot to send the list of classes. I've already given them a call and everything has been straightened out. They are only taking makeup classes this one week. No classes from next week onward Ajooni is coming to tumbling I ages 6-9 today (may or may not stay in this class all summer. Awaiting confirmation from dad) Shanaya is in a strange schedule just as a head up to you to give coach averi. She is doing the first half of Tumbling 1.I and 2, then the second half of tumbling I/II later on tonight Reminder to please go back in and archive texts.
