She still entered things in wrong again with her latest form (either chose a time that is currently blocked out on the rental site, or didn't use military time because 10:15 am is occupied but they last year rented at night but didn't enter it as 22:00). All the errors and wrong submissions make everything take way longer as I have to keep going in to redo things and have them resubmit and so one and so on. so they are kind of rage quitting now because of the delay but I'm kindly reminding them that they have to enter things in correctly with the instructions given on the site for things to move as efficiently as possible. But them withdrawing fine with me because they were a problematic renter when they were here 🤷🏾‍♀️ I went to process anupamas but don't see it? I believe julie flagged this on slack but I don't see it anywhere. Can you help direct me
