Recital routines can not be dropped, why is lizzie trying to drop it now?

She can purchased used shoes for $15 (and if that is still a big deal she could just borrow some for recital?) Recital is nonrefundable. Costumes ordered, programs created, and formations set, etc. @Caleb Warren how do you want to handle this?

No they did not pay for tap for the recital. I think shes is stating that Lizzie isnt doing tap anyways, if she can just stop tap classes now.

Oh I see, well they already paid for this month though ($50). Does she just want to borrow shoes and finish the next two weeks since it's already been paid for? Or just drop?
