@Caleb Warren I do not want up front payments for privates. It makes it really hard for last minute cancellations. If they want the ease of payments they should be an enrolled ASI student and then be able to do the monthly invoices. They are not an enrolled student here and just started privates for the first time. I would prefer them pay weekly. Did we already tell them we can do upfront?

For something like this, it would make sense in my opinion to do prepaid. If they know they want eight lessons and they want eight lessons. But it's fine, It's up to you

Why would you have to refund? Just reschedule

We don't reschedule private lessons. There is already almost zero time/space/available teachers to host these. We don't have the capability for make ups. That's partially why we don't monthly invoices and only charge for lessons that took place. There are a thousands factors at play here as to why I want them to pay weekly
