What was her age/date of birth? I don't think we would be able to start this class tomorrow - have any of these families signed up for the free trial at this point ? If no one has submitted a registration then we technically don't have any families for this class tomorrow. When we were making calls for the previous start date there was still a second step to complete prior to officially opening the class. Yes we would give everyone a potential start date and see if that works for them and try to get 4 of them minimum to say yes. But after that we would have needed to have atleast a 5 day window (preferably 7 days) after those verbal confirmations where we would send them the registration link to sign up for the free trial and officially have 4 trials registered to hold the class. We called it before we got to that step as we didn't have the four people needed to move on in the process. I wasn't aware we'd already set a second attempted trial date for families. But if no one has signed up as of right now, I very much worry about all of them completing this process and getting registered before tomorrow mornings class, especially since we are still short 1 person. The class only opens officially to run once there are 4 registered dancers (trial or enrolled) as typically people will say "yes" but then not sign up for the trial and follow through. But if the other three have already registered and signed up then that's a different story and I would consider running it tomorrow even with 1 short as they are all more officially locked in to trialing. If we don't have the numbers then we don't have the numbers - this class isn't that much of a priority for opening in terms of time spent on contact and follow up. We tried opening it once and didn't have enough so we just wait until we have a large pool of students before trying again (likely during summer session). It will likely be better roi for our time to get the other prospective students in the older classes to sign up and trial since those classes are actively running than to pump in a lot of time to getting this class up and running if people aren't ready to commit yet.

Okay understood. • No one has registered as it was dependent on the number of confirmations, and number four confirmed on Wednesday this week.
Sent to early :,
I can let them know that we were "unfortunately unable to get enough people to sign up for the class, so i will not be opening this season" and to offer tiny tots when they are 2, or a later date when we have a more concentrated pool of interest. Please let me know how you would like me to proceed today, I will focus on the other prospective calls until then.
t
So we do have 4 or we have 3? The note on github said you were working on a 4th. If you have 4 confirmed and want to try to make calls today to all of them and 1.) confirm they can still attend tomorrow's class and 2.) let them know once everyone confirms you will send over the free trial registration link that will need to be submitted this evening prior to tomorrow's class then you can make that push to see if we can still get this flowing by tomorrow - but it's going to be a close call. If you have 4, the better idea would likely be to push this back a week. Trial on 2/28 and then a clean charge month for March. This would give families more time for preparations and submitting their free trial forms. And also give more time for any of the other waitlisted families to also sign up if they choose to do so. This would be my suggestion over trying to host it tomorrow as none of these dancers can attend without having a free trial form submitted If this doesn't work out all together - I wouldn't necessarily mention that it won't open until next season - but just not at this time. The waitlist is still active and still open. We may have a wave of new prospectives for this age group in the next month or two. Or the people already on the waitlist may just renew their interest and we will get what's the age/date of birth for featherstone?
i
Age and DOB of featherstone was not collected as theres only a trial form for Esme. Update: my mistakes the confirmation was number 3, not 4.

Sorry - I mean when we called her to ask how old she is - what was her response then? If number was 3 not 4 then yes just proceed with waitlisting and messaging families.
i
Julie called so I am not sure but she can confirm they fell in the baby boogie age range. I will wait-list the families and send them a message that i would not be opening up at this time.
t
@admin are you available to give details on the call? I'm trying to gauge how long she would be in baby boogie/when she can move to tiny tots
a
sorry i don't recall what exact age she said
i basically just called to confirm if she was still interested in signing up for baby boogie and she said yes
t
Ohhhh okay it looks like things got misconstrued somewhere down the line then. I was asking for her age/date of birth so we could decide if we could enroll her in tiny tots and move all the littles to that class this season or if she absolutely has to be in baby boogie due to her age. @Indya-ASI can you confirm which tiny tots class Ms. Tina confirmed would be a good fit for younger new dancers to start in. Wed, sat, or both would be okay?
Allirea is turning 2 next month so I'm going to go ahead and approve her to do a trial in tiny tots as long as mom goes into the classroom with her to assist as needed since they've been the most active waitlist student all season
i
@Torie Warren she said it shifts, and i have experienced the same thing. Wednesday right now is more advance than Saturday but it changes as new students join
t
Right, all the class levels will shift through out the year as the roster changes. I'm just looking for a snapshot of which is the better one to offer at this time to the dancers who are freshly two that we need to provide a class for with Baby Boogie not currently being active. I'm a little unclear if this answer means saturday is preferred to offer new students, but they could still do wednesday if saturday doesn't work for their schedule or if wednesday is a hard no for freshly 2 year olds and only offer saturday. I will leave that for you two to clarify prior to offering classes in the next step below: Confirming Allirea is turning 2 next month which means we should be going with original plan A that was discussed in January. All baby boogie waitlist dancers who are age 2 should be offered the tiny tots class instead - which class will be based on what you and tina discuss above. All 1 year olds still continue on waitlist (please check that the waitlist in the admin panel matches what is on your github-it looks like a few names may be missing but I could be wrong).

Saturday is recommended for our freshly 2 year olds. Allirea is good to join the Saturday class. I will go through the list and see if anyone else is freshly 2 and recommend tiny tots to them. There may be a few names missing as we have been updating the list as prospective come up. I will double check the wait list and git hub to see which names are missing from my original ticket. I believe this covers everything you asked and we discussed. Please let me know if there is anything else C:

I started looking through the admin panel waitlist and saw atleast two dancers there who are age two. I'm not sure how many more as I shifted gears to corresponding to the competition interest dancers. Sorry clarification - my note was that there are people who aren't on the waitlist in the admin panel that are listed in the github ticket. Not vice versa. So just making sure that everyone in github is on the waitlist in admin panel Saturday is recommended with Wednesday as an appropriate back up plan if Saturdays don't fit their schedule. Or saturdays only - hard no on almost two year olds for wednesdays. If they are actually 2 - they can sign up for either. We don't separate by level this young. As long as they meet the age requirement they can take the class. It's those who are almost 2 like allirea that I'm looking for the options for. I may have mispoken and said freshly two earlier instead of "almost 2". Sorry for the confusion
i
Ahh okay I understand now! Ill add to wait-list, not github. A little context: Right now both classes are at the same level, but the Wednesday class is tiny bit more focused and responsive to instructions than Saturday. We recommend for them to join Saturday but Wednesday can still be offered as they are not too different in levels. They may adjust better in Saturday than Wednesday. TLDR: offer Saturday, and if it doesn't work Wednesday is fine. They are interchangeable.

just a heads up -- torie is taking a break for a while so I'll be able to help if anything else comes up -- with that in mind is this wrapped up or do you need anything from me on this? @Indya-ASI

All good !

@Indya-ASI Just confirming that the above clarification for tiny tots makes sense to me and sounds good. Thank you for the additional details
