• Re: 2025-2026 Studio Rental Agreement -- Recurring - Michelle Yu + Zhing Dance email from OCt. 3rd, 2025 has it listed for them to book 10/3/25 - 12/18/26 but this is a typo. They were booking until Dec. of 2025 (they rebook every 3 months and have already submitted their new agreements for the other months). We just need to send a formal email noting this so we have a paper trail that they are NOT locked into a contract through Dec. 2026 - this should have been sent in Oct when it was submitted but I would still like it sent now so we have record of it. ◦ All rentals end in May each year as our calendar/schedule/available changes once we change the ASI class schedule
