I am going to send her this text based on Julie sent yesterday, "Hi Naima, This is Ms. Julie from ASI. Your tuition payment for February failed due to insufficient funds, please let me know when I can retry payment, thank you! "

@Indya-ASI I left note with Ms. Tina already but we do not want to send that message as it is not failing due to insufficient funds. If that is the issue, it will provide that in the error notification. This is giving the mandate error and @Caleb Warren Can you give you the steps to give them to fix this
