her subscription shows it's on hold, and she was told to re-register. when i talked to Caleb earlier he told me to just have her re-sign up for classes and we'd rebate the registration fee if it charges her

The on hold order is from like 10 minutes ago. I'm just still trying to figure out why it wasnt active before today if we checked it and fixed it last saturday
