General Issue to resolve regarding scheduling: mostly for @Caleb Warren to weigh in on. I'm having a lot of new younger kids (8-12) trying to sign up for a jazz class. Jazz II is too hard so the next things we refer them to are the following:
• Jazz I/II
◦ Sold out - 12 but in studio A so it's pretty packed
• Lyrical I/II
◦ Sold out - 14 in studio I. Adding more level I kids is a lot on the teacher, adding level II kids is easier to manage but idk how to go about that fairly
• Leaps & Turns I/II
◦ Sold Out- 15 without adding the two new kids from this past week (iyana and ishani). IDK what to do with this as the system somehow let them in
The issue is that anyone new that's interested in a jazz/lyrical style that is too old for tap/jazz combo doesn't really have space in our studio
I can try to move some kids from jazz I/II to jazz II (everleigh can move up and maybe the two new kids - I don't know their names for sure I think it is eva mey and adrienne) to make more space for less advanced kids to join there.
We ended up cancelling the musical theatre III class on Wednesday at 4:30 so there is one more space there we can add maybe a beginner jazz (it is during tap II so nothing that is naomi's level can go there) but a lower level jazz, lyrical, or leaps & turns could go there
I'm just trying to figure out how we can make space for more kids as it is only september and we are selling out and waitlisting people already and we haven't even started running any ads yet
