@Caleb Warren Pranjals mom authorized us to charge the card on August 5th for the nationals payment as they weren't able to do it on their end, there was then another email sent out from us on August 23rd and we asked if it was still okay to charge the card and that is the response we are waiting on. Can I confirm that Madison does not need to wait for a second reply and that she can charge based on the initial authorization?
