OK, I'll send mine then. Order: lavapipe against interface 2 first, then the interface 3 bump as its own PR, then Venus and venusrenderer. I'll rebase on 26.2.5 before the first one and tag you on the lavapipe PR so you can check it against your native setup when the CPU arrives. If your amdgpu work needs anything from the interface change, say so and I'll shape the bump around it.
