<@UUC4EN004>: i have some trouble to set the time....

@Kalamatee: i have some trouble to set the time. i suppose it is ntp sync, it sets me 1 hour in the past so it must be using UTC, sometimes, prefs/locale puts me in the irish sea, 3 hours before. conjugue with 2 aros boxes. then, there is really a time skew parameter like you know with windows sharing in a domain: if both aros boxes aren't at the same date/time, they don't appear in envoy imports select host requester. once they are same date/time they both appear.

There is nothing configuring the ntp client yet so it doesnt set the offset, etc - this needs integrated into the time prefs first.
o
something causes an offset, time and locale settings are wrong. even if you prefs/time, then date, some time after the offset reappears

😕
strange.
k
the time prefs do not set the needed offset from utc yet, so it doesnt set the correct time
(in the ntp prefs)
o
ok. now in the host select request in envoy. it only works when the time is correct, that's why i played with.

see ENV:AROSTCP/timesync.conf
