Not in its current form - it is implemented wrongly. This needs to expose a camd device, not try to hook directly into CAMD like an application.

The AI alignment problem, is why vibe coding but not understanding the generated output is a real issue.
It maybe achieves what you think is the goal, but it does it in the wrong (or a dangerous) way

Yes. Reliable data and clear directions is all it need to work, but in the case it is not just doesnt understand the output, in my case i dont even know what i should ask and look for 😒

My advice - always tell it it is doing things the wrong way. This causes it to re-evaluate its decisions and usually makes it determine the correct way to achieve the goal.

If i knew the wrong way … it is something as easy as know this new info you gave, but that is knowledge. Specific aos design knowldge. Not something like it works or not, it is amiga design philosophy. I can help produce lots of raw code, but the software architecture does need a more sophisticade knowledge.

Sure, but with the right prompts - AI can figure that out itself
always push back against what it produces, and always insist it checks existing implementations or similar functionality to determine the correct implementation method.

It is far from be something the AI did wrong, it is my lack of knowledge. I hope it could grab the concept from the sample, but it is not that easy (it sometime even ask me for direction that i am not sure wich to choose)

In a way it is the AI doing things wrong - it doesnt check the context itself, and just optmizes for the objectives.
or taking short cuts, so it missed details it should be able to determine

Yes, if i could have more samples of how something was done (more implementation references). I will try, but that is something i also don't have. Lol

Well, Anyway the mdns thing worked, and it is somehow in your actual field of code. Dunno your view about it, but it seems it fits in your momentum.
I just didnt got into thing like ipv6 or more niched things
(Its easier than camd, that i had to make real design decisions, bonami was allready amiga way and i made it even more aros way aware… based on your recents commits)
I dont know if the AI is serious @Kalamatee , but it said that we upstreamed the wrong version of the code (i dont fully belive on it, but that was kind of funny 🙂)
I did a commit following what you pointed @Kalamatee , once it is merged i would like to commit another one with some proposed changes (and probably another one after the camd evolution)
