Hey Y'all, Amigadex is live: amigadex.com 🟧 One place to follow and search the whole Amiga world (AmigaOS, AROS, MorphOS, 68k): • News, forums and releases from 15+ sites: amiga-news.de, AmigaWorld, Amigans, EAB, PPA.pl, AROSWorld, Aminet, AROS Archives, aros-pkg… read every hour • 5,400 open source projects from GitHub, GitLab and Codeberg • 1,700 community sites, 26,000+ pages searchable in full text For developers • Starting something? Describe it in plain words on "Who already did it?" (amigadex.com/check), e.g. "a USB mass storage driver for AROS" or "MOD player for 68k" or "midi" @CoolCat. It finds the existing projects that do the same thing, even when they use other words, so you can reuse, fork or join instead of starting from zero. • Digging into a topic? One search (say "AHI", "exFAT", "SDL2", "Warp3D", "SCSI termination") returns the projects, the forum threads, the news and the pages of wikis, archives and homepages that talk about it. • Every project page lists its look-alikes, its forks and ports (AmigaPorts included), and when it was last pushed, so you can see which code is still alive. • Follow a topic in Your index: new repos, threads and releases about it land in your digest. Or subscribe to a feed, e.g. amigadex.com/projects.atom?q=sdl2 for new SDL2 repos. • There's a JSON API, no key needed, plus a "Listed on Amigadex" badge for your README. Your index (/my) is a personal digest: pin your sources and platforms, follow topics, mute words, "Mark all as read". No account needed; sign in with GitHub to keep it on every browser. It tracks no one: no analytics, no ads. It also works over plain HTTP for real Amiga browsers. Missing a site, a repo or a feed? amigadex.com/submit. Feedback is very welcome: amigadex.com/contact or just reply here 🙂
