I was then able to edit the efi:efi/BOOT/grub/grub.cfg, and add root=(hd0,msdos5,amiga1) to boot directly to AROS. I really think it should be done by The AROS Installer, as the format of the efi drive and copy of the efi drawer from the cd to the drive.
