@John Knipper the "make boot-distfiles" (for boot floppies) "make distfiles" (for iso's) are the only targets used to create anything like distributable on platforms that use them, other platforms (e.g. hosted) just archive the bin/<target>/AROS directory, with a suitable readme. That's done using the azure pipeline script for the nightly builds.
